All-Purpose Baking Mix

Ingredients:
3 ¾ cups unbleached all-purpose flour
¼ cup granulated natural cane sugar
2 tablespoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon fine sea salt
Directions:
Add all the ingredients to a large bowl and whisk until well combined. Store in a tightly sealed container or plastic zip-top bag for up to 2 months. Ingredients will settle while stored, so be sure to stir it thoroughly, or shake well, before using.
