I have no idea why I've been paying almost 5 dollars per tiny bag of bagel chips for so long. These were so incredibly easy to make, and so much better than store-bought! Hubby and I devoured them over the course of a few days, and he continues to ask me to make them again often. I think I can do that. They're delicious with spinach dip, or a good cheese spread.
