These Soft M&M Cookies are divine. The cookie is light and soft without being doughy. The secret ingredient (French Vanilla instant pudding mix) helps them to rise high and stay moist and chewy, and of course heightens the vanilla flavor all at the same time. It’s great. These cookies turn out wonderfully, and they’re so easy! They do require a few hours of refrigeration to chill the dough prior to baking, so plan accordingly. We used mini M&M’s, and I like them better this way. It took me a few tries to get the recipe right, and I hope you like these as much as I do!
