One of our favorite dates during high school was Chinese food and a movie on Friday nights. This weekend we are heading up North for a much-needed break, and I'm hoping we can enjoy some good "take-out" at home, since there isn't a Chinese restaurant within about a 30 mile radius of our cabin. We'll be trying out recipes from The Chinese Takeout Cookbook by Diana Kuan.
