Maple Cinnamon Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk (any variety is fine)
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup, preferably dark amber or grade B
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup whole black chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Measure all ingredients into a pint-sized jar.
  2. Seal with lid and shake for a few seconds until all ingredients are incorporated.
  3. Let rest for 15 minutes, then shake again. Refrigerate overnight.
  4. Serve cold with fresh fruit.

Notes

Keep refrigerated. Enjoy within 5 days.
