Vanilla Bean White Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients

  • 16-ounces white chocolate, chopped
  • 14-ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon Nielsen-Massey Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Bean Paste OR 2-3 vanilla beans scraped and seeded
  • 1 1/2 cups Spiced Pecans (optional, but recommended), or toasted pecans

Instructions

  1. Line an 8x8-inch square baking pan with waxed paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the white chocolate with the condensed milk and salt. Once completely melted, remove from heat and stir in vanilla bean paste. Fold in 1 cup of Spiced Pecans.
  3. Spread into prepared pan, and sprinkle with remaining Spiced Pecans.
  4. Chill until firm, about 2-3 hours.
  5. Remove fudge from pan by lifting on the waxed paper. Cut into squares. Enjoy.
