8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon chopped green onions, plus more to taste

Instructions

Using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese until very smooth and creamy. Add sour cream and beat until smooth. Add lemon juice, Worcestershire, cayenne pepper sauce, green onions, dill, salt, and pepper. Mix until combined.

Stir in smoked salmon until evenly distributed. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.

Top with additional dill and green onions, if desired.

Serve cold, with crackers and vegetables.

Notes

Dip can be served immediately, or refrigerated until ready to serve. Flavors improve when allowed to blend, so I like to chill mine for at least a few hours before serving.
