I have no idea why I’ve been paying almost 5 dollars per tiny bag of bagel chips for so long. These were so incredibly easy to make, and so much better than store-bought! Hubby and I devoured them over the course of a few days, and he continues to ask me to make them again often. I think I can do that. They’re delicious with spinach dip, or a good cheese spread.

1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
2. Thinly slice bagels and lay out on a baking sheet. Brush one side of bagels with olive oil. Sprinkle with sea salt.
3. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes, until golden brown. Transfer to a wire rack to cool. Break into smaller pieces, if desired. Store in an airtight container after completely cooled.
