Paired with your favorite dipping sauce and you’ve got a fantastic weeknight meal that will please the whole family. Buttermilk Chicken Strips are easy to make, especially if you follow a couple of little tricks. First, marinade the chicken in buttermilk for a half hour before you batter and fry them. This helps make the chicken strips extra juicy and moist. Second, adding a bit of buttermilk to the flour mixture helps make the breading perfectly crisp and just thicken enough to coat the chicken wonderfully.
